(1) Class D and E factories and warehouses with grade 1, 2 and fewer combustibles (outside high-rise industries); Class D factories and class E factories with grade 3 and 4 refractory and no more than 3000 m3 in volume and no more than 5000 m3 in volume;

(2) There are no indoor production and daily water supply pipelines, and outdoor fire water is taken from water storage pools and buildings with a volume not exceeding 5000 m3 are built.

3. In a factory building of grade I and II, if there are different parts with different production characteristics, it can be determined that indoor fire water supply should be set or not according to the characteristics of each part.

4. Hotels and office buildings without air-conditioning system, theatres and auditoriums with more than 1500 seats should be equipped with fire-fighting reel equipment at the corridors with face lights in their stuffy roofs.
