1. [Softening Water Equipment] Working Principle:
The hardness of water is mainly composed of cations: calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+). When the raw water containing hardness passes through the resin layer of the exchanger, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are absorbed by the resin, and the sodium ions are released at the same time. In this way, the water flowing out of the exchanger is the softened water that has lost the hardness ions in the water equipment of the electronic industry. When the resin adsorbs the calcium and magnesium ions to a certain degree of saturation, the hardness of the outlet water When the water softener increases, the regeneration of the failed resin will be carried out automatically according to the scheduled procedure, and the resin will be restored to the sodium resin by using a higher concentration of sodium chloride solution (brine) through the resin.
2. Main characteristics of water softening equipment:

4. Product structure of softening water equipment:
The automatic water softener is mainly composed of three parts:
1. American original controller (including computer controller and multi-directional catchment valve system);
2. The parts of tanks imported or made in the United States (including exchange tanks and salt tanks, which can be made of fiberglass reinforced plastics, carbon steel lining and stainless steel);
3. Equipment accessories (including upper and lower water distributors, central pipes, salt valves, salt wells, salt pipes, sewage pipes, filters, solenoid valves, etc.);

1. Influent pressure: 0.25-0.45 MPa, the best is 0.3 MPa;
2. Influent hardness: <6.5mmol/L (if the hardness of raw water exceeds this index, it needs to be redesigned);
