Purified water equipment of purified water equipment in pharmaceutical industry provides different purified water equipment according to the water demand of different customers.
Design Requirements for Pharmaceutical Purified Water Equipment
1. Pharmaceutical purified water equipment system includes pretreatment unit, reverse osmosis system, storage sub-rural drinking water equipment distribution system, automatic control system, through PLC + touch screen mode to achieve full automatic control, control cabinet set alone, control circuit as far as possible to achieve safe voltage control. Strong and weak electricity need to be separated. Each pump should have on-site and remote control. The system enters a safe state when the power is suddenly cut off. When the power supply is restored, the equipment can not be restarted without the confirmation and signal input of the school drinking water equipment operator.
2. Pretreatment unit includes raw water tank, raw water pump, mechanical filter (multi-media filter), activated ultra-pure water treatment equipment carbon filter, plate heat exchanger, water softener and other devices.
3. The volume of raw water tank is 3000L, the material is SUS304, equipped with intake manual + automatic valve, liquid level control, sewage valve and other devices. The water level of raw water tank is related to the later stage to realize automatic control.
4. Raw water pumps shall be Grandford or other brand vertical centrifugal pumps of the same grade (one spare and two on site at the same time). Raw water pressure shall meet the pressure requirement before reaching RO reverse osmosis system through pretreatment unit, and shall be equipped with necessary valves, check valves, pressure gauges and pipelines.
5. The flow rate of mechanical filter is 20m3/h, the flow rate is 8m/s SUS304, and the plate 304 stainless steel water distributor. Export water quality requirements: SDI (pollution index) < 5, turbidity < 1 NTU, meet the requirements of reverse osmosis water intake. Control valves are recommended to use Taiwan KSD or other brands of the same grade. The outlet of the mechanical filter is equipped with SDI detection device.
6. Reverse flushing is controlled by frequency conversion of raw water pump, and air scrubbing is carried out with 0.6kg/cm2 compressed air during reverse flushing.
7. Activated carbon filter material SUS304. Plate 304 stainless steel water distributor.
8. The activated carbon filter is filled with granular activated carbon (coconut shell). The flow rate is 12m/s. The standard value of activated carbon is 1000. After treatment, the residual chlorine in the effluent is less than 0.1ppm.
9. Activated carbon filters are resistant to hot water disinfection. Regular pasteurization is used to regenerate activated carbon.
10. Pasteurized hot water is realized by plate heat exchanger, and RO inlet water temperature is not less than 25 C by plate heat exchanger. Pasteurization should be realized in pretreatment raw water tank and activated carbon tank.
