2. Select the reverse osmosis + mixed bed method, the process is as follows.
Tap water pipe network → raw water pump → flocculation dosing → mechanical filter → activated carbon filter → scale inhibition dosing → security filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis equipment → central water tank → mixed bed pump → mixed bed equipment → fine filter → demineralised water tank

In the desalted water treatment system used in chemical industry, hollow fibers with diameter of 1 mm are usually used to remove suspended substances and colloids from raw water. The biggest problem of UF used as pretreatment is membrane fouling and blockage of membrane holes. Therefore, pre-filters are often set in front to remove large-sized suspended substances and pre-filtration. Pre-addition of flocculants such as PAC (polypropylene acid) can improve water quality and reduce membrane resistance. The control system is programmed by industrial computer, which can automatically start and stop, add medicine and scour, and automatically monitor various operation parameters for production management.
