Classification of water:
1. Distilled water: Drinking water made by vaporizing water through special distillation equipment and then collecting by condensation and liquefaction.
2. Purified water: Conductivity is in the range of 50-150 mus. cm-1. The index of bacterial rural drinking water equipment is the same as that of pure water. Generally, imported nanofiltration membranes are used for treatment, and the desalination rate is about 80%. At present, there is no national standard, but some local standards have been issued (such as Shanghai).
Health water: according to the market development and requirements of school drinking water equipment, natural peppermint essence, chrysanthemum and tea concentrated liquid are scientifically formulated on the basis of pure water.
Others: Drinking water suitable for some patients, such as alkaline water (pH 8.5), ionic water (injecting trace elements on the basis of pure water, similar to mineral water, but with high cost), oxygen-rich water (oxygen content in water is higher than that in general drinks), etc.
3. Tap water: generally take river, river, lake, moor or groundwater sources, after adding medicine, filtering by flowing sand, sterilization and pumping to the pipeline network. Except turbidity, chemical oxygen consumption, bacteria and other indicators have improved, the other indicators have basically not changed.
Pure water: The water treated by membrane process of the first or second-stage reverse osmosis super-pure water treatment equipment, whose conductivity is required to be 10_ s cm-1, has certain requirements for bacterial indicators, chemical oxygen consumption, pH value and other indicators. Now GB17323-1998 National Standard for Pure Drinking Water has been implemented.
5. Mineral water: The treatment of mineral water is mainly to remove suspended impurities and organic matter and sterilize them. Some mineral water sources also need to remove part of its hardness and alkalinity and adjust to a reasonable content.
Mountain spring water: water from about 100 meters underground, without any pollution, is generally treated by imported roll-type ultrafiltration. The greatest advantage of this water is that it not only keeps the nutrients in the water, but also removes the impurities such as bacteria and organic matter.
Second, what kind of water should we choose to drink?
(1) Mineral water. Real mineral water is good and has a certain health function. But some mineral water contains minerals that are not proportionate, so it is not necessarily good. Especially in some mineral water, it is difficult to ensure the natural normal proportion by adding several mineral trace elements into purified water artificially, and it may also lack some trace elements needed, so authentic brand water should be chosen for drinking.
(2) Pure water (distilled water, space water) removes all harmful and harmless substances and elements. It is used for tea making and drinking to keep the tea tastes good. If pure water is used for drinking and cooking, there will be no trace elements in the water. In the long run, there may be potential hazards. The elderly and children should not drink for a long time.
(3) Re-filtered tap water-purified water. 35 items of bacteria have been monitored from tap water treated by water plants. However, after water pipe network and water tank to tap, it is better to use simple and economical stainless steel activated carbon water purifier for re-filtration.
Daily water use should also be noted. Remove dead water from pipes overnight in the morning. Drinking water can be put for several hours before use (but not more than one day). Old water stored for more than 3 days is not suitable for drinking because its molecular structure can not be deformed by impact. Boiling water generally boils for 3 minutes. Don't boil too long. It's not good to boil water without boiling or for too long. Boiling repeatedly and storing water in a thermos bottle for several days are not suitable for drinking.
Therefore, experts suggest that, from a health point of view, it is generally best to drink warm boiled water purified below 30 degrees Celsius.
