The non-negative pressure water supply equipment is put into use. Water from the water pipe network enters the steady flow tank. The air and medicine pure water equipment in the tank is discharged from the vacuum eliminator. After the water is filled, the vacuum eliminator closes actively. When the pressure of the water supply network can satisfy the water demand, the system supplies water directly from the bypass check valve to the water supply network; when the pressure of the water supply network can not satisfy the water demand, the pressure signal of the system is fed by the remote pressure gauge to the frequency conversion controller by the water-using equipment of the chemical industry, and the pump works actively according to the size of the water consumption. Regulating the speed and constant pressure water supply, if the working pump reaches the power frequency speed, it will start another pump frequency conversion work.
When water is supplied by pumps, if the water quantity in the water supply network is larger than the pump flow, the system insists on normal water supply: at the peak of water consumption, if the water quantity in the water supply network is less than the small pump flow, the water in the steady-flow tank can still provide normal water as a compensatory source of water. At this moment, air enters the steady-flow tank of food water equipment from the vacuum eliminator, which is true in the tank. The air is damaged, which ensures that the water supply network does not generate negative pressure. After the peak of water use, the system restores to the normal water supply condition. When the water supply network is shut down, the liquid level of the steady-flow tank decreases continuously. The liquid level detector feeds back the signal to the frequency converter controller, and the pump stops actively to protect the pump unit. When the water supply is small at night and the pressure of the water supply network is unsatisfactory, the barometric tank can store and release energy, thus avoiding frequent start-up of the pump.
