Softening water equipment, as its name implies, is a device to reduce water hardness. It mainly removes calcium and magnesium ions in water. It can be widely used in softening the supply water of steam boilers, hot water boilers, exchangers, evaporative condensers, air conditioners, direct-fired engines and other systems. So how should the softening water treatment equipment be maintained?
1. It is strictly forbidden to add refined salt or iodized salt to the reinforcement body in the salt box regularly. It is necessary to ensure that the salt solution in the salt box is supersaturated by water equipment for cleaning the glass-preserving tank membrane. When adding salt, we should pay attention not to sprinkle solid salt particles into salt wells, so as to prevent salt bridges from forming on salt valves and blocking salt absorption pipelines. Because the salt of solid granular glass tank membrane cleaning water equipment contains a certain amount of impurities, a large number of impurities will deposit at the bottom of the salt box, plugging the salt valve, so it is necessary to regularly clean up the impurities at the bottom of the salt box. When cleaning, the sewage valve at the bottom of the salt box can be opened and washed with clean water until no impurities are released. The cleaning period of the salt box should be determined according to the impurity content of solid salt particles.
2. Ensure the stability of the input voltage and current, and prevent the burnout of the electronic control device. Sealing cover should be installed outside the electronic control device to prevent dampness and water immersion.
3. Dismantle the softener once a year, clean up the impurities in the water distributor and quartz sand cushion, check the loss and exchange capacity of the resin, replace the aging resin, and recover the resin poisoned by iron with hydrochloric acid solution.
4. When the ion exchanger is not in use, it should be soaked in brine to ensure that the temperature of the resin is 1-45 degrees and it will not dehydrate.
5. Check the air tightness of the jet and salt-suction pipeline regularly to prevent air leakage from affecting the regeneration effect.
6. Ensure that water is not polluted, especially iron ions, can not enter the resin tank, because the resin is afraid of iron ions.
7. Ensure that there will not be too much sediment and other impurities in the water, too many impurities in the water, the control valve is not good, the life of the control valve is shorter.
In view of the shutdown and maintenance of softening water equipment, the following signs are essential:
1. Before the long-term shutdown of softening water treatment equipment, the resin should be fully regenerated and converted into sodium type for wet maintenance.
2. The freeze-proof measures should be taken to prevent the resin from bursting and fragmentation due to the freezing of water in the resin. The resin can be stored in the salt water solution. The concentration of salt water should be prepared according to the temperature conditions.
3. When the water softener is out of service in summer, it should be washed at least once a month to prevent microorganisms from breeding in the exchange tank and making the resin moldy and caking. If it is found that the resin is mildewed, it can be sterilized.
